09/11: And the Winner Is....

First of all, thank you to everyone who participated in this contest.
We had NO idea we'd get almost a hundred entries... although, we can understand why you'd want a board :-)
It was very hard to choose a winner. But there were a few posts that simply made us laugh our butts off.
And the winner is.....
*drum roll*
Well, we were actually SO impressed by how many people took part in this, that we decided to do something.
We decided to cut the odds in half by choosing TWO Winners, not just one.
So here they are:
Chris (presumably from England)
Excerpt from entry: "I'm british, which initially is a disability (this however has not resulted in a mobility grant to buy one of your boards) but secondly i havnt seen one over here yet (if i had one i'd make sure it was seen) and lastly on the uk front we get screwed buyin anything from abroad (suppliers charge us nearly double the original price, importing ourselves only results in import tax and up to a month wait)"
AND
Jeremy Yandell (presumably from USA)
Excerpt from entry: "The ruffians accosted me, each carrying large sacks of potatoes and proceeded to bludgeon my limbs to bloody pulps with their sacks of tubers... Thus I implore you to please send me a t-board that I may continue the good fight of my denim clad savior and roam the mean streets, standing up to hooligans and fighting for justice for boarders everywhere."
Congrats, Chris and Jeremy.
We truly enjoyed your writing style, and it seems obvious that you REALLY do want a T-Board.
And Jeremy, if that story's true, we feel for ya dude. But we're glad to hear that a heroic t-boarder rescued you 15 years ago. The truly amazing part about this is that there were no t-boards 15 years ago... :-)
Anyway, we've contacted you both via your email addresses on the blog with further instructions.
As for everyone else... thanks so much for taking part in this. We wish we could give everyone something for their contribution.
And maybe we can... we can't say much right now, but we're working on something that will make it possible for ANY of our subscribers to get a T-Board...
Stay tuned...
